With trademark French panache that led to international acclaim, it was our pleasure to help put the perfect finishing touches to the outstanding Facel Vega Grand Luxe Sportif by Martin Buckley.
Working closely with the equally outstanding Palawan Press, our team was tasked with creating covers with two cover materials joining diagonally on the front & back covers. 3 colour foiling was also specified on the front & spine which required perfect registration/overlay. A process and design that looks like beautiful simplicity on the finished books when produced right, but involved complex structuring of the strokes and careful manipulation of each layer to make sure they worked perfectly in unison with each other.
