I wanted to write to thank you for the tickets and posters that you have just delivered. They actually looked better than I thought they would and was especially pleased with the colour which you appear to have nailed 100%, even without me double-checking in advance as I should have (colour has been an issue with printers in the past).
I wanted to add that it was with some trepidation that I moved from my regular printer to Blissetts – changing from the familiarity of a tried and trusted to an unknown competitor is always unnerving, but your team have been nothing but helpful, courteous and thorough, especially when I was a little vague about things!
It all bodes rather well… Thanks again, and I look forward to doing lots more business with you.
